Father Pleads Guilty After Posting Videos Online

Filed under: Legal News — vtpeertopeer @ 9:56 pm

I just returned from San Diego, what a day over there, going to Washington next I think. I wanted to post some criminal or domestic violence news. According to various mainstream  media reports,  forty six year old Kenneth John Freeman  pleaded guilty to rape in federal court followinf an agreement with federal prosecutors for a sentence of some fifty years. He could face a lawsuit as well if he still has funding left after legal fees.

Police officials have stated Freeman is one of the most monstrous pedophiles: Freedman was charged with the production of child pornography and the interstate transporting of a minor for unlawful activity. All in all, he will spend as much as fifty years in jail and may also face a lawsuit for from his victims.

The defendent had fled the country (wonder where he got the funding), and was eventually flagged down with the help of several other countries including Hong Kong and Canadian law enforcement officers. People that do that and the domestic violence criminal stuff really aggravate me I must say. A lot of this goes on in places like San Diego, unfortunately enouph. After fleeing the country he was initially living in China and in May of 2007 he was arrested in the ex-British port of Hong Kong. While he was on the run, a Television show detailed his crimes to the country.  Incidentially if you require a superlative Lawsuit Funding attorney then can I recommend happy Rock LLC as they are a leading orgaization to help with your criminal defense lawyer San Diego needs.

According to statements by Andy Miller, a Benton

County prosecutor, much of the credit for Freedman’s guilty plea was his daughter Kylie Freeman who is now eighteen years old. The defendent apparently chose the agreement so he would not have to face his daughter on the stand. So he avoided a said criminal defense trial with the help of his lawyer. The Superior Court Judge Kathleen O’Connor of

Spokane

County made Freeman hear the details of the charges against him and what he was pleading guilty to. Freeman prior to fleeing the country was a

Benton county reserve sheriff’s deputy; he worked as a computer adviser and was a bodybuilder.

Deputy Constable Sacked for Unlawful Activities

Filed under: personal injury news — vtpeertopeer @ 9:31 pm

I recently returned from Philadelphia and I am very happy to get back to work. Too many stories to tell, and too many stories to write. Got some more personal injury plus general Law stories. This is a pretty interesting one: According to reports the Harris County District Lawyer Office, the authorities in question there are analyzing certain or all of the cases handled by former deputy constable Terrence Terrence Richardson. All in all, he has been charged with aggravated robbery plus involvement in organized criminal activity to boot.

The defendent (who of course is innocent untill proven guilty in a court of law) was fired according to Constable Ron Hickman of Harris County’s Precinct 4 after his criminal arrest. He said that after Richardson confessed to narcotics officers he had been involved in illegal activities it warranted his dismissal. They also arrested Brandy Jermaine Sykes in connection with Richardson.

The defendent possibly stole from drug dealers somewhere between $20,000 and $100,000 while on duty and using a police vehicle, if the evidence and charges actually hold up in this case.  In addition, it seems that no personal injury was actually reported in these particular cases.

District Lawyer Ken Magidson stated that their office takes these kinds of allegations very seriously indeed. He also stated that Richardson was employed as a deputy constable for approximately 2 years and his office is looking into any other cases he was involved in for criminal activity. activity. By the way if you happen to reside in Philadelphia or nearby areas and need a qualified Philadelphia personal injury Lawyer may I suggest the Law offices of Mark Rosenberg. he is in fact a top drawer and effecient Philadelphia personal injury Lawyer So back to the story at hand: Richardson age 36, who faces charges of aggravated robbery and engaging in an organized criminal activity is being held in lieu of $195, 000 bond. All in all, Skyes who was arrested in connection to Richardson is also being held in lieu of $120,000 bond in the Harris County Jail.

Nissan to shift supermini production to Asia

Filed under: Economic News — vtpeertopeer @ 8:24 am

I just got back to Hawaii (I reside part of the year on the beautiful garden island of Kauai, lucky me) and I just wanted to report on  a recent move by the Nissan Motor Company. As many of you are already well aware, the Nissan Motor Company has been best by rapidly dipping automotive sales, and they are now planning to transfer their production
of the flagship subcompact automobile from Japan to the much lower wage country of Thailand. All in all,
the Nikkei business daily newspaper has stated that Nissan will make the move to shift 100% of all Japanese automotive production of this model
to Siam in 2010 and then ship it back to the home country. Nissan is the island nation’s third-biggest automobile manufacterer overall and is in the process redesigning its leading March supermini model as a sort of cosortium with the French automobile manufacturer partner Renault SA (the biggest such producer in all of France).
They are trying hard to appeal to those who are searching for a fuel-efficient ride. You can go here for a Hawaii Nissan dealer.
This economic news with a global impact comes on the heels of Nissan’s recent effort to move the facilities of the Micra, which is basically the March’s foreign version, from the United Kingdom to India within the next two years.
A lot of these moves appear to be pure economic necessity. For example, The global recession has not missed Japan’s automakers,
which in the last decade or so years had few problems selling their compact and fuel-efficient automobiles.
